Tasks & Responsibilities

• Manages record deliveries, shipments and stock levels.
• Evaluates GRNs, SIN, Material Transfers, Material Returns, materials auctions and product levels to improve inventory control procedures.
• Oversees team of Warehouse Staff
• Analyzes daily consumption and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages.
• Manages schedules of Warehouse staff, deliveries and shipments to optimize operations.
• Communicates with Warehouse Staff to meet business goals and address personnel issues.
• Conduct regular / surprise inventory audits to ensure proper compliance of directions
• Initiating corrective actions
